Starts with an HR round and if shortlisted you are taken to the next round which is normally a technical round with the Business Head and then a panel discussion with the Business Head and Vertical Director.

3 step process. Two online and one face to face. Director, team lead and manager also brought on a walk of the floor to meet the team. Great environment and very welcoming
smooth and structured, there were 3 rounds in total and a psychometric test. the managers really spent time getting to know me and my professional aspiration, and explained the business model and the culture very thoroughly.
