They claimed to have a "Job Fair for the Staffing Consultant Positions" - I was the only one there. Each time that I've been to this Randstad location in Mississauga, Ontario, Canada (near Square One Shopping Center), they've always been so unorganized - you literally have to make your presence known so someone can even acknowledge you, even when you're standing right in front of them. I sat waiting for appx. 10-15 mins before someone met with me. The person was friendly, had a mini-interview, left. The person said they sent me an email to do an assessment - didn't receive it. Had to reach out to get the email sent to me. Did the assessment, heard nothing back until I had to email that individual days later. That person emailed me back almost after a week. Stated that they would be proceeding with another individual.

It's pretty simple. They are looking more for skills. Ofc experience matters but knowledge matters more. They will try to get to know you and try to figure out if you are a good fit for the team or not

Slower than expected. Easy, regular behavioral questions. Typical agency. Not much more to say than that. Small agency on LI - larger globally. Ok, nothing great. I need to fulfill this 30 word minimum - blah blah blah

The interview went well, the questions were straight forward and to the point. The more you can speak about sales experience and dealing directly with customers and/or clients the better.
