Interview process take place in cafe, it was very calm. First with the branch manager and then with district manager. Eveything go very smooth and calm. The most interested was meeting with the manager of Randstad. This person is relly very helpful in interviewing

Generally quite easy, just be able to confidently talk about yourself. Make sure you look the part and have done research into why you want to do a sales role and why you are good at it. Make sure to back yourself with examples. If no prior experience, talk about what you know about recrutment i.e highs and lows to show you know what is involved.
