WORSE INTERVIEW EXPERIENCE EVER. UNORGANIZED RECRUITER I don't even know what I was recruited for at this point. I was disqualified because my recruiter was unorganized and provided me with the wrong information about the role. The hiring manager went and clarified it for me but then disqualified me because "I didn't understand the role". I'm just one in a thousand applicants but if you continuously screw up on something as simple as relaying information with other applicants, that comes show the lack of structure on your organization as a whole.
