Entretien
The interview process is lengthy. Be prepared to dive into your professional and personal experiences with multiple people. I interviewed with 6 leaders (2 executive) and 5 different team members that had similar backgrounds to me. Then you interview with HR and if they're still interested you and your spouse go to lunch with an executive over your department and your direct leader. You do have to submit a copy of your monthly budget for your household. I wasn't crazy about that part b/c I hadn't received an offer yet. The whole experience took about 4 months which felt unnecessarily long. I did get an offer I accepted but still, 4 months is a long time for one company.

Entretien
Lots of detailed review of budget, lifestyle and skill to really check on the culture fit issues including discussion of credit cards. Overall pretty fair but weeds out anyone not willing to play the game their way.
