There are several steps in the interview and hiring process at Ramsey Solutions. You are first interviewed over the phone and asked to speak about yourself and your qualifications. The process continues with a finance class you and your spouse are expected to take, a spousal interview dinner, etc.

Was asked very personal questions and how I felt about their stance on s** before marriage. Was asked, “If we were just hanging out, would you be so spastic?” And was told I’d be given access to TMM for free but never was. A year later, I applied again and again, and was rejected almost immediately, even though I knew their company inside and out. So I think if you “mess up” one time, i.e., aren’t perfectly poised during a very nerve-wracking interview with an old man interrogating you about personal things, they flag you and won’t give you another interview. So I’d say polish your answers if you get an interview and be prepared to answer non-HIPPA compliant questions. And do not admit to ever using a credit card; I believe that’s why I wasn’t chosen to move forward—I told the guy I’d used a CC when my cat needed immediate surgery and that that’s one instance I’d never regret using one. Even after feeling judged, I still would’ve loved that role, however. So I hope this helps and wish you luck if you get an opportunity. Oh, and their mission is to eliminate all credit cards, so contemplate that and be ready to answer “how you feel” about it.
