Consists of system design white board session, manager reviews, and disc profile that takes place over several weeks. Company shows care in finding a good spot to fit the talents of the individual as opposed to being dogmatic on interviewing for a specific job opening. Be prepared for it to be a long process for management roles.

Interview with recruiter was very informative and productive. She asked questions to help me and her decide if I was the right fit for the job. If I were willing to relocate I would have definitely moved further in the process.
