1 phone screening with HR (very communicative about next steps and before the final round, pre-emptively scheduled a call to give decision). Liked this a lot since companies can often just ignore applicant if they get denied.
1 interview with hiring manager, 1 with head of product (on the spot case), 1 with engineering (to assess SQL skills), last one with hiring manager + another employee for an actual case (they gave multiple days to prep for it).
Overall great interview experience, it was quick, expectations were set from the beginning, and I got to know the company and the environment through the interview process.
