I applied directly and after 15 phone calls per day for 15 days, i got a call for interview. Interview at Chennai HQ. Aptitude was easy, interview was a formality. They interviewed me for one team and selected me for a different team. SQL basics would get you easily through the interview.
Technical problems and manger round and then had Hr round where salary discussion will happen. In technical round they cover the areas what position they are looking for. It is like the person fit for the position they are seeking for.
There's are 2 exams - one for the quantitative an aptitude and the other is on SQL which is related to the role.And then they've scheduled an interview with the team leads.

They asked me all the technical questions on SQL. Since it was an entry level role, everything was basic.
