First CV shortlist is short listed . you get an email. Then there will be Written Technical test. Then there will be one to one face interview.If u got selected Salary negotiations.
3 levels of interview were there for me
one with HOD and manager here, other with Denmark team and other with HR for salary discussions.

It was long process. Three rounds
1 - telephonic interview (general discussion)
2 - technical round (through Teams)
3 - meeting with European counterparts (through Teams)
