Empfangen wurde ich von einer freundlichen Mitarbeiterin. Das Gespräch führte ich direkt mit dem Geschäftsführer, der nach ca. 15 Min. endlich Zeit fand, mich zu empfangen. Angeblich hätte er von meinen Vorstellungstermin gar nichts gewusst. Entsprechend war mein Gesprächspartner gedanklich beschäftigt mit einem Anrufer, auf dessen Rückmeldung er erwartete und, als dieser sich dann auch meldete, ließ er mich nochmal fast 20 Min. warten. Die Gesprächsführung war insgesamt ziemlich provokant und "von oben herab". Unmittelbar nach zwei oder drei Werktagen erhielt ich eine Absage, hätte aber ohnehin keine Lust mehr auf diesen Job gehabt!

Presentation by some staff members, followed by a group activity (teams of 6) in which we were given a scenario. The scenario was that we were on a raft in the sea and had a list of 15 items, and had to rank them in terms of usefulness, then present as a team why we had ranked them in that way. After a provided lunch we then had individual interviews with 2 staff members which lasted 30 minutes. This seemed a bit short to me. The questions were very sustainability based and they encouraged/provided guidance throughout. Was quite informal although I did wonder how it was relevant to the job as I was interviewing for a water quality/contaminated land position and have not studied sustainability.
