The application begins with a phone call with a HR then it proceeds with two technical phone call with a air quality consultant and a project manager. Then there is an on-site interview when you meet the team.

There was an initial phone pre-screen which took about 30 minutes, they asked basic questions about your 5-year career goals, strengths, weaknesses, etc. The whole process was very informal and laid back.

3 rounds, first a phone screen, relatively easy, just quick background. Then a technical take home. Then an hour and a half long interview where you meet all levels of the team.
