Two people (leading the team) at an interview that lasted around 45-60 min. Asked about previous experience, what project management is to me, how my skills can add to the existing PM team and the values of Ramboll UK.
Had a short-ish phone call with a senior professional in the same discipline, to discuss my background and the reason why I chose this position and this company. Very nice and polite interviewer, made me feel comfortable during the interview
I was invited to an telephone interview which took about 30 minutes. I was asked about why I was interested in the role and why I decided to apply for the company.
