The interview process was simple and straightforward. First, there was a basic screening round where they checked my previous experience, availability, shift preference, and whether I was comfortable working day/night shifts. They also asked about my physical fitness, ability to stand for long hours, and how I would handle emergency situations.
The interviewer focused mainly on discipline, alertness, communication skills, and honesty. They asked scenario-based questions related to handling visitors, checking IDs, responding to suspicious activity, managing conflicts, and reporting incidents. Overall, the process was professional and not very difficult if you have basic security knowledge and confidence.
The interview lasted around 15–20 minutes. After the interview, they explained the job responsibilities, shift timings, uniform policy, salary, and reporting structure.
