Super straightforward and SO quick — everything was done in about 3 weeks. First round with would-be boss Second round with a peer Third round with a program manager Fourth round with a tech lead Fifth and final round with the Global Head of the department When I passed the first round, they scheduled rounds 2, 3, and 4 all at once, rather than passing me to the next rounds one at a time. Once I passed those, I had the 5th round scheduled separately. It was a super efficient use of time which I appreciated. I also noticed that the recruiter asked for all the HR/admin info upfront prior to scheduling any interviews, so I imagine that also helped speed up the process. There was very minimal waiting time in between the last round and when I got the verbal offer — like 4 days — and I received the written offer letter 3 days after that. so Everyone I spoke with was really friendly and passionate, which makes me super excited to start soon!
