Phone interview with HR. I already knew my hiring manager from an internship which helped speed the process. This led for her to reach out to HR for me and set up an interview so I could get hired ASAP.

Applied on LinkedIn and got contacted over email for a zoom interview. Interviewer was very kind, polite and on-time. Interview went well and was told my application would be passed along to the team hiring for this position. Was told by recruiter to add her on LinkedIn, but she never accepted. Sent over a thank you email and never heard back.
