I first had a phone call with a recruiter. She emailed me asking if I could set up a 30 minute phone call. When she called she just asked for my salary requirements and a background of my experience. You could tell she was rushing me off the phone and did not let me ask any questions. The phone call lasted for 8 minutes. I then had a FaceTime interview with two buyers a week later. You could tell they had no interest in the interview or conversation. They seemed super unhappy and had a mad look on their face during the interview. They only asked about 5 questions, one of them being "what are your hobbies". The interview got done about 15 minutes early even with me asking 5 or 6 questions at the end.
