Applied online and was contacted within a few days. Was setup with the hiring manager. Didn't leave time to ask questions but ended our conversation with I'm going to have the recruiter setup an interview with two of my guys. Met two members of the team to have a technical question. A week later I was setup with the senior IT director and said he appreciated my questions and confidence. Then I was ghosted by the company and the recruiter would not answer my email . Would have hoped this company was a little more professional especially since they are a Japanese company that prides itself on respect, especially when they wasted 3 hrs of my time doing these interviews.
