The worst interview experience of my life till now. The process consisted of 4 rounds initially, 3 technical and 1 managerial. After every technical round i got a callback saying the feedback was positive. After 4th round they ghosted for a week. I called HR and was told that all rounds were considered and feedback was negative. No mention about the actual feedback.
After 2 more weeks got a call and was told that another team is interested in my profile so there will be 2 more rounds(1 technical and 1 managerial). The 5th round was easiest of them all with 4 very basic questions asked and i answered correctly. Got a mail after a day that i am rejected.
Its clear they are looking for something they themselves don't know about. After all those rounds i was still blank about where i went wrong and what should i improve. Totally wasted my time and theirs as well.

Usually there are 3 rounds of interviews starting with technical, culture fit and senior management and then HR round and discussion.

Don't go through 3rd party for interview in Rakuten . Rakuten conducts fake interviews. Inspite of doing well, they block your number after final round conducted. Such a waste of time.

Entretien
The first interview will be with a recruiter. In this stage, you will introduce yourself and talk about your professional experience. It mainly focuses on evaluating your English communication skills, cultural fit, and overall background.
The second stage was with another interviewer, but the experience felt unclear. The questions were vague and very general, so I often felt like I was just talking to myself. The lack of engagement made the interview feel monotonous, and I found the interviewer yawning throughout entire session.
