Rakuten recruiter reached out to me with this opportunity. He scheduled a general phone screening with me and was totally based on my status, previous employment etc. After 1 week, he informed me that the Front End Architect wants to have a technical round with me. He was pretty cool interviewer with lots and lots of Front End knowledge. He basically gave me a online coding assessment and gave 20 mins to complete it. After that he discussed my approach to the solution and asked me several CSS, JQuery and javascript questions. It lasted for 45 mins and then he told me he shall pass my feedback to the hiring manager. After 1 week ,the recruiter came with the 'sad' news.
