Programming Test (3 Problem Data Structure + Algo Design n implementation) = 2nd Round (Difficulty and exam pattern similar to amazon recruitment test )
English + Online questionnaire to know your character by Global Human Resources Department.

Round - I Core Technical + different problem scenario (50 Minutes - 1 interviewer)
Round - II Advance Technical + Different Management scenario (75 Minutes 3 Interviewer)

chill, friendly, respectful people. Started with technical questions to do. The interview started with the interviewer introducing themselves, which was a nice way of making the whole interview process comfortable and respectful.
They ask your background and why you want to work at this company. They are very friendly and nice. It takes around 15mins to 30mins. You don’t have to speak Japanese.
