It was a group interview done in the main dining area of the restaurant. The process was somewhat straightforward, they ask questions to each of the candidates and everyone could hear each others answers. I'm not sure about how effective this method is, but it made me personally very uncomfortable to be in a room with so many others listening in to my answers.
