Went through a recruiter, who connected me to a Canes recruiter in the Dallas area. Took the assessments and did very well, according to the external recruiter. Took weeks to hear anything back from them (Canes). They speak about candidate experience and team member experience just didn’t like they cared about me and honestly wasted my time. In the end came up with some lame excuse as to why they weren’t moving forward with me. Maybe just a one off or a disorganized Canes recruiter.

Interview was extremely short, under 5 minutes. No questions were asked. No follow up after. They should have cancelled the interview it was obvious they had already made a decision. It was a waste of time for both parties.
