J'ai postulé en personne. Le processus a pris 2 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Raising Cane's (Baton Rouge, LA) en juin 2010
Entretien
I originally turned in a paper application and heard back from Raising Cane's in around 5 days. After I went in for the first interview it took another 3 or 4 days before I went in for my final with the GM.
I would have to say that a very important part of getting the job would have to be persistence. After you turn in your application, now online, call the location you applied to in 2 days and just check up on your status.

Question 1
When realizing that Raising Cane's was trying to raise the bar with the type of people they employed, it was difficult to come to the conclusion that they want the answer close to perfect.
i.e. When is it acceptable to sacrifice quality.
Answer: It is never acceptable to sacrifice quality.

Very welcoming and got back to me quickly. The managers there are super talkative so don't be worried about anyone being too weird. A lot of them are on the younger side as well, so that's a plus.

It was easy. Managers didn’t ask anything besides availability. Make sure to seem very cheerful and enthusiastic and they’ll hire you on the spot. The interview probably lasted around 15-20 minutes. Cannot stress how easy it was

I had to call the restaurant for them to even see my application, but once they did I got an application within that week. I was accepted on the spot and then had to go to orientation with another new person.
