The interview was very basic. Only a few behavioral/situational questions. Looking for personality and basic understanding. Focused on analytics. Great culture and work atmosphere. I was offered the position but declined because I had another offer at a larger company with a stronger future outlook. Solid offer - great benefits & perks. Note: Promised to pay for transportation costs and never delivered after many followups.
