I was actually contacted by the company- asked to do an interview. They had heard good things about me and were looking to fill a role. Interviews were conducted in a very secretive manner, utmost discretion etc. (Which I did not know about the secrecy before I showed up). I was still given a tour of the office though?? Interviews went great, really loved the people who spoke to me. Was contacted about a week later, telling me they would be in touch in a few days to discuss final details and start date. GREAT! I was pumped. Then no word for weeks until I contacted to see what happened (I was actually worried the person was hurt or something as they did not respond to text either). Suddenly everything has changed, no offer, moving on to someone else. With this lack of communication and transparency I am thinking I may have dodged a bullet.
