J'ai postulé via un recruteur. Le processus a pris 3 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Ragged Edge (Farringdon, England) en mars 2019

      Entretien

I applied to Ragged Edge through a recruiter who put me in contact with the agency and that kicked off the interview stages. The whole process took around three weeks, including two rounds of interviews. At first, I corresponded through my recruiter to confirm job expectations, salary, skills and the type of person Ragged Edge were looking for. The recruiter spoke very highly of Ragged Edge and this was echoed in the reviews online and the work they had been producing. So, after the initial chat, I was invited to a first stage interview with three members of the team. The first interview consisted of a brief introduction of Ragged Edge, the studio culture and the type of person they were looking for in terms of personality and skill. I then went on to present my portfolio to the rest of the team where I was asked in depth questions about the work. Even though I started off feeling really nervous and even stumbled a few times, they were all very encouraging and made me feel more at ease as the interview went on. The flow of conversation was very organic and didn’t feel forced at any point. After a few days, I was invited back for a second interview. This time I met with the other Co-Founder Max and a Design Director, Matt. I was asked to pick two of my most successful projects and present those (rather than show everything again). The second interview was shorter than the first and at the end I was shown around the studio, met some of the team and was informed that I would be contacted after a couple of days to know more. The following Monday I was pleased to receive a phone call from a team member, offering me the job as Creative Artworker. To recap, my initial interview experience with Ragged Edge was very pleasant. I felt quite nervous at the beginning of the interview but the general attitude and vibe of everyone quickly made me feel at ease. The questions asked throughout the interview was something I enjoyed. They were a mix of work related, personal and aspirational questions. They seemed to be very interested in having someone with the right attitude that would fit in the ecosystem of the studio rather than someone who knew everything about everything.
