Got a 1st stage interview and was told I was successful and would be moved onto 2nd tech stage interview, After 2 weeks and no date to progress, I emailed twice to followup at the 3 and 4 week point, no reply's to either emails. Seems like they ghosted me, seems a common tactic looking at other reviews. The chap interviewing was really nice, asked the usual questions. Seemed to focus a lot on conflict resolution. The job listing is still active some 3 months later
