Very informal, that wanted to know how I am as a person. They knew I could do the job as I was in front of them. Both of the people that interviewed me seemed really laid back and didn't throw any curve balls, they were straight to the point.

This is the worst company I have ever encountered..BEWARE!! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME INTERVIEWING!! THEIR PROCESS IS HIGHLY UNPROFESSIONAL AND UNETHICAL!!
They have no structure in place or transparency as to the entire process. Candidates are kept in the dark..the HILARIOUS part is they contact you initially and say that you might be a great fit....you put in your hard work..clear all rounds...and then they suddenly SHOW THEIR TRUE COLORS!!
The interviewers behave very sweetly with you and put on a facade. They call you onsite for multiple rounds and make you interview with 10 different people..SO CALLED TOP LEADERS!! IMAGINE!! You perform well and are given excellent feedback by top leaders and told that you performed really well...AND asked to wait for next steps..then they contact your references..say everything is good and then they make you wait for a month..For no reason out of their whim and fancy..they call you suddenly and tell you again that another position is a side opportunity for you..can you go for another round of interviews for that position instead!! This is utter RIDICULOUS!!
