There are three levels of interview.Starting from Introductory to Advanced phase of technical skills. Round 1: Exploratory/ Introductory interview. Round 2: Skill interview Round 3: HR Discussion The first round can be conducted over the phone or in-person and typically lasts twenty to thirty minutes based on the interview's interest.
