After applying online, I was contacted via email by the job poster within a week. He then proceeded to help me arrange the following interviews: 1. Initial Phone Screening with HR 2. Phone Interview with Team 3. Phone Interview with Hiring Manager 4. Onsite Interview with 6 different people, 2 per hour Rackspace was very organized, and the recruiter was extremely sweet. Overall it was a great experience, even without the offer! I loved going onsite and visiting their San Antonio headquarters and felt very at ease during the whole process.
