Got a call about 35 minutes after sending in my application online, they set up a zoom meeting for two days later, extremely easy and fast process to get me completely hired within a week.

Basically asked if ive had experience (which i had for the past 3 years) then went on to if i could see myself growing with racker and now that im hired i can completely say yes and that im extremely happy with the company and residents i work with.
