Received phone call from HR recruiter informing me that she was interested in meeting and discussing possibility of joining Racetrac. I was in PA at the time and the offered to meet with me when i was back in town. Met at a local store, and interviewed with HR recruiter and OPs manager back by beer cooler. Interview lasted a little over an Hour. Received phone call 1 hr after interview, requestin i meet Ops mgr at another location following morning at 9am. Met a second store, received a walk around of the store, explaining expectations, and how they do some things. Be engaging and discuss, or correlate how expectations were similar to previous position. Walkthrough took 30 min, and had 5 to 10 min discussion at end. At end of day, received a phone call offering me a position contingent on background check passing.
