Interview process is extremely relaxed. I came dressed to impress and was almost laughed at because I was "overdressed" to work at a gas station. I was asked if I was sure this was a job I was really looking for seeing my work history consisted of the "upper echelons" of retail.

I went in very confident in how to sell. I didn't know a thing about gas stations or food safety. But they saw something in me and made me a manager and trained me in that position from the start and with such patience and constructive feedback.
