Interview process was quick and thorough. Lead by a talent acquisition specialist, I was welcomed with a cup of coffee and a conversation about my previous work history, goals and availability. I was then given some background on the company and what they are looking for.

First they send you an email confirmation for a virtual screening interview. If they liked what they heard, they'll schedule a phone interview with you. It's pretty easy if you're expecting/ready for a challenge.

You get 2 options a pre recorded or a virtual interview and if the person likes you than your schedule for an in person interview where they show you what you be looking to do. Practically the easiest place to get hired besides amazon

It was a normal, professional interview where the questions were fair, relevant to the position, and focused on real workplace scenarios. They asked multiple situational questions to understand how I would respond in different situations, making the interview structured, clear, and job-focused.
