went through the first two rounds of technical interviews. during the interview, it was quite ok. they are satisfied with their technical skills. however, got rejected due to language. their explanation is that they expect Dutch-speaking people in their team. for me, this is the first time such reason is used as the reason to reject. I used to work as the only English-speaking guy in a Dutch-only company and everything is fine. it's very weird and unequal that they use this as the reason to reject a developer. For a salesman job or consultancy job, it's understandable but for the developer position, it's strange.

Perfect proces! Het is echt een goed georganiseerd proces bij de Rabobank. Je krijgt goede vragen en de cultuur van de organisatie wordt goed onder woorden gebracht. Verder vind ik de sfeer in het bedrijf bij binnenkomst al prettig.
There were 2 rounds. 1 HR round and 1 technical interview. The technical interview was about previous experience and motivation to join the company. A few database questions were asked
