3 stages. 1st interview with HR, 2nd a brain profile game, 3rd a case study and an interview. Weird selection. I went through the whole selection process.
Evidently the technical assignment went really well. Did not get sufficient enough feedback towards the reasons of rejection. What I got, was that other candidates provided more motivation towards working at Rabobank.
My advice would therefore be to give more importance to motivational questions rather than technical ones.
Be prepared to ramble on questions regarding your motivation!
