First you need to pass an online test, then two interviews follow. First interview was motivational, and some small technical questions. Second interview was completely technical, concerned accounting topics, valuation techniques and some small m&a related questions.

Entretien
Required CV, motivation and grades. After that standard SHL tests. Then invited for an interview in Utrecht. 2 interviews, each 45 mins with associates. Interview was more than 80% just technical questions, no behavioral or opinion on past deals, etc.

Typical M&A questions: sell side vs. buy side, walk me through DCF and WACC, explain LBO.
Accounting questios: how are the 3 financial statements connected, which 1 is the most important for valuation, etc.

uitnodiging ontvangen voor een informeel diner, zeer informeel een gesprek gehad over de industrie en de verscheidene bedrijfstakken. Later verder uitgenodigd voor een interview waarin me enkele vragen gesteld werden over mijn CV en kennis over de industrie
