Sent my open solicitation letter to HR and got contacted a few days later by a manager that was interested. Fairly easy process. The manager explained to me what they were looking for and asked me to explain why I would be the perfect candidate for the job.
There were three total interviews and one timed case study. Mix of behavioral and technical questions. Mostly nice interviewers that seemed passionate about the work that they do. They were responsive and professional throughout the process.

Entretien
Applied through career website. After Cv screening you have to complete the online assessment. If the score is satisfying get contacted for a double in-person interview (45 minutes both motivational and technical on accounting and valuation)
Fast and prompt. Got rejected politely. Interviewer was experienced and probed systematically. I couldn't answer everything but the train of thought matters more than giving the perfect answer. I enjoyed it.
