Director take interview. Asking about lifecycle of project & Actual budget, WBS previous experience in details, i thing they are just doing time pass i thing position is already filled so before you attending the interview please check whether the position is open or closed.
The interview process was very seamless, while it was several rounds I felt that they took their time getting to know me as person and making sure that my goals aligned with their expectations
