A long 4-5 interview process with a project that you have to present to a panel. You meet with teammates, colleagues, and other sales/marketing leadership. The project was a specific scenario that you had to develop a plan for.

First phone interview was a short convo and second one was a videocall. Fast process. It was the first time ever I was told on an interview that working overtime can happen and does happen… Red flag. I heard from an employee that that and the low income were the biggest cons. I did not get feedback after the second interview
