All the process was really interesting and well organized with a lot of visibility on the date by when we should receive an answer. The process was in 4 step : 1. Application through their website 2. Invitation to online test (Numerical and 3. Invitation to online interview (record) 4. Assessment Center (1day) in their office in Essen: 4.1 HR interview (Competency based interview) 4.2 Business case 4.3 Presentation on a specific topic (prepared beforehand + Q&A) 4.4 Role play 4.5 Group exercice All along the process the whole HR team was really kind and available to answer the questions. I really enjoy the Assessment center it gave us the opportunity to meat the HR team and current Graduates, even between the candidate the atmosphere was nice and friendly (no competition). Even though I didn't get an offer at the end, this recruitment process is one of the best I had. One comment, I understand that is hard to do second-hand feedback, but the given feedback I received after being told I haven't been selected was sometimes not accurate (related to another candidate in the group exercice for example). Having a more complete feedback would be nice to have; as we spent a full day being assessed, a 15min call is rather short. RWE remain a potential employer in my mind for the future.
