I had two interviews, first one it was with Recruitment assistant and second one with the Hiring Manager, and also the person I was going to be my supervisor, there were kind, they asked Project Coordinator question, also asked for examples of situations you have had, you must to have clear them; they gave me a refuse after 2 weeks, I am not sure because I asked or they have that standard period I didn’t ask in the interview

It is firstly a screening telephone call with an HR person who asks many eligibility questions and then there is an interview with one or more managers and also the HR person.

Entretien
I was called first by an HR assistant for a phone screen. Then, I was called back for an interview in Guelph. Two technical interviewers were present in addition to the HR manager. Mainly behavioral questions. Then, you are given a sample task related to the job.
