The process was fairly simple, except they take a written test asking about 5 questions. Come on! This is a Digital world and you being the product of the same, the least you may do is provide laptops.

The interview process consisted of three rounds. The first round was an initial HR screening focusing on my background, experience, and communication skills. The second round was a technical and functional discussion assessing my knowledge of client handling, SLA management, and tools like Power BI. The final round was a managerial discussion that evaluated my problem solving approach, stakeholder management, and overall fit for the role
