Applied online and then heard back several weeks later that I was invited to an on sight interview. Was with several other interviewees. A few employees gave an informative presentation about what the job would entail and then each person who was interviewing was taken to a few rounds of individual interviews. These lasted about 20 minutes each and were with people of varying seniority at the company. After the interview I thought I had done moderately well. After not hearing back for a few weeks after sending follow up emails I assumed I didn't get the job. I thought it was pretty rude to not inform a candidate that they didn't get a job after I had driven three hours to get there and interviewed for two or so hours.

I had a hirevue interview. I was given five questions to answer and I had an unlimited amount of time to prepare for the answer and an unlimited amount of tries to record the answer.
