The interview process was very smooth. A few technical difficulties with the video connection but it was all resolved in a matter of minutes. Interviewers were very professional and kind.

What makes you a qualified intern for this position?
Professional, no cameras, with 3 interviewers present. All behavioral questions with no follow-up interview. Mostly asked questions related to my knowledge of the field, such as if I knew tools used in the field.

15 minute casual and semi-formal conversation with the manager about the role and current experience in relation to the resume, the expectations and end result from the role. Second round interview followed by Industrial Roundtable career fair.
