I applied for one of the positions they had listed on their website and was contacted for a phone interview after a few weeks. Their questions were mostly non-technical; the phone interview seemed to be more of a personality assessment with some questions on educational background and internship experience mixed in.
It went well, and they extended an invitation to fly me out for an on-site interview. I received a tour of their facilities and was interviewed by a few of their software leads. Questions were, again, primarily based around personality and experience, though more time was spent educating me about the company than asking questions.
After a month of not hearing back from HR, I was e-mailed the generic Raytheon notice detailing my removal from the selection process. Nonetheless, it was a good experience overall.

Initial call with hiring manager to talk about my previous experience, fit for the role, job duties, and culture. There was a follow up leetcode style (medium) live coding question.

What is your experience with full stack development?
Received screening phone call with basic questions. Then, was invited to a Zoom interview with the hiring manager and 2 other software engineers. They asked me mostly behavioral questions and a couple technical questions about C. No leetcode style questions.
Fairly easy, just 1 virtual 30 minute interview of some technical questions on tree Data Structure, such as Binary Tree. Other than that, fairly easy questions. Consisted of questions about me and my experience mainly. Then talked about the company itself.
