Had an initial phone screen with two finance managers. I was invited to a hiring event and was flown out to Tucson, AZ (Raytheon Missile Systems). After fingerprints I interviewed with two teams of 3. General interview questions nothing challenging. After a few weeks heard back from the recruiter requesting another phone interview. Several weeks after the phone interview I received an offer. The hiring process was quite long but Raytheon’s recruiting staff was very professional and informative throughout. I would recommend based on my experience. Only reason for decline was a competing offer was too good to pass up.

I applied online and received an email within a week requesting an interview. The interview was great. Standard financial questions. Seems like good company culture and nice people. Overall it was a good experience.

Submitted resume on line, got call back within days, had a phone interview in another day and was invited to a hiring event. The entire process took less than two weeks. The hiring event consisted of a mixer to talk to prospective employer in a non threatening setting. Also visited the plant site. The main event was the interview with a group of hiring managers. This was the most uncomfortable situation, there were multiple positions interviewing for, there was a place set up for potential candidates, and when it was time for interviews to start, managers would come to the staging area and yell out candidate's name... this felt like cattle calling.
