A manager called me initially for a phone screening. I then had a short phone screening with a recruiter and was set up for an on-site interview. The company paid for airfare, 3 nights hotel, rental car and expenses. I went through a security screening process that included fingerprints and then spent an hour with a board interview of hiring managers. The recruiter told me to spend the remainder of the time seeing the area and looking at real estate.
