Entretien
lengthy process with a lot of steps including a try out facilitating a session with a small group. One of the best experiences I have ever had with recruiting. from the very first meeting it was clear they assumed I was qualified. Interviews didn't feel like "weeding out." instead they felt like good conversations to see if we were a good match. Great intel about the job with each interview that prepared me for the next.

I was asked to develop and facilitate a 30 minute workshop/training. then participate in a panel interview with the same group afterwards. (not difficult, per se, but adds a level of performance anxiety)
